he Black Adder - (BBC Audio Radio Collection)
MP3 | 128kbps Spoken Word Audio | 3 x RAR | Total Size 174Mb | 3 Hours

The original six BBC TV episodes starring Rowan Atkinson, Tony Robinson, Tim McInnerny, Brian Blessed, Peter Cook, Miriam Margolyes and Rik Mayall includes: "The Foretelling", "The Queen of Spain's Beard", "Born To Be King", "Witchsmeller Pursuivant", "Archbishop", and "The Black Seal". Through the ages, men of flair, faculty and outstanding courage have contributed to their country's heritage. Others, like the snivelling worm Edmund, Duke of Edinburgh (alias 'The Black Adder'), have emerged from the dust of dodgy documents to claim their wrongful place in history...

The historic first series introduced us to Rowan Atkinson's first incarnation as Black Adder - the incompetent, bitter and twisted son of Richard, Duke of York, who, with the help of his trusty (and equally stinky) aide, Baldrick (Tony Robinson), and Percy (Tim McInnerny) begins his slithering journey through the ages, scheming for an easier life, a better position and perhaps even a shot at the throne itself. The original series also stars Brian Blessed as Richard IV, Peter Cook as Richard III, Miriam Margolyes as the Infanta Maria of Spain and Rik Mayall as Mad Gerald. "Blackadder" was runner-up in the BBC's search for Britain's Best Sitcom.

HPP - Dr. Lloyd Glauberman - Money, Wealth & Prosperity

HPP - Dr. Lloyd Glauberman - Money, Wealth & Prosperity
ISBN 1929043163 | MP3 | 128 kbps | 2:25 hours | 345MB

Wealth is created first and foremost in our minds - through goals, beliefs, and a strong sense of self worth. It sounds simple, but many people never learn the basic tools of visualizing success, believing they deserve it and working towards this goal with the belief they will succeed.

Money, Wealth & Prosperity utilizes Dr. Lloyd Glauberman's revolutionary HPP method to program your unconscious mind to make the positive lifestyle changes necessary for success. This method allows you to bypass self-sabotage, insecurity, and procrastination while providing you with more positive and appropriate attitudes about success. You will find yourself able to stay motivated and disciplined while developing a more positive self-image - the basis for financial success. Because your unconscious does the work, there are no journals to keep or specific tasks to do. Just sit back, put on the headphones and listen to the multiple storytelling format. The changes you experience will be spontaneous and fluid as you seamlessly integrate these new patterns into your life. Whatever your goals for financial success are, this program will give you new thoughts, beliefs and feelings that will empower you to achieve your dreams.

*love and prosperity*

What is HPP?

HPP, or Hypno Peripheral Processing is a dynamic technology that uses specially recorded voices to weave a story telling experience that gently overloads your conscious mind and guides you into the “hypnogogic” state – a state in which your mind is most open to suggestion and to receive positive suggestions. As the stories progress, words combine from each story into hidden suggestions which bypass your conscious mind, and are perceived by your subconscious, resulting in spontaneous changes in thinking, feeling, and behavior.

Why HPP Works

HPP products are built on decades of knowledge, combining elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Ericksonian hypnotherapy. Users report that HPP CDs are more effective than traditional self-help products, producing results after just a few sessions. This happens for 4 reasons:

1) Dual Induction Sensory Overload

Using a process that is exclusive to HPP, each 30-minute program has two parable-like stories that play simultaneously, one in each ear. Therapeutic metaphors are one of the most powerful learning devices and are the basis for HPP’s effectiveness.

Initially, you will try to listen to both stories simultaneously or try to focus on one story entirely. But, after a few minutes you will find yourself drifting off and not focusing on either story. This is known as dual induction, and it shuts down the logical part of the mind—the “chatter box” that accompanies our waking state.

The result of this gentle overload is a deep state of relaxation—ideal for the absorption of the positive suggestions conveyed in each program.

2) Deep Relaxation Techniques

Wearing headphones, you hear calm voices against a background of music, gently guiding you very quickly into a relaxed state.

This deeply relaxed state allows you to become more receptive to the positive messages contained in the audio program.

3) Powerful and Positive Messages

At strategic points on each CD, the stories interface to give your subconscious a clear powerful, positive message.

Using techniques gleaned from Eriksonian hypnotherapy, the power of storytelling metaphors creates change at the unconscious level. The unconscious mind is constantly influencing conscious thought and action - The overlapping stories and metaphors cause both brain hemispheres to work together, creating positive resolutions to whatever goal you are working on

4) Easy and Effortless Results

HPP has very few material or time requirements. All you need is a CD player, headphones and 30 minutes of uninterrupted time. The audio program and your unconscious does the rest.

After just a few sessions, you may begin to notice a positive, cumulative effect on your overall emotional state. Suddenly, you are calmer. You have better self-control. Positive changes have begun to occur without conscious thought.

Created in 1985 by Barry Vercoe, Csound is one of the most widely used software sound synthesis systems. Because it is so powerful, mastering Csound can take a good deal of time and effort. But this long-awaited guide will dramatically straighten the learning curve and enable musicians to take advantage of this rich computer technology available for creating music. MP3 | 128kbps Spoken Word Audio | 3 x RAR | Total Size 171Mb | 3 Hours

Sir Peter Ustinov's beautifully crafted autobiography is told with exquisite wit and insight. From his birth in April 1921, it spans his extraordinary career as actor, playwright, film star and director, confirming his early belief that he is 'irrevocably betrothed to laughter'. Ustinov's renowned gift for mimicry is exploited to the full in "Dear Me". Eccentric relatives, school masters, sergeant majors and manic Hollywood moguls are all brought unforgettably to life.rothed to laughter'.

The Making of Modern Medicine

The Making of Modern Medicine
BBC Radio 4 | ASIN: 1846071585 | Release Date: 05/03/2007 | 385MB

Andrew Cunningham writes and narrates a major new 30 part narrative history series charting the development of western medicine and healing from the Ancient Greeks to the pioneering organ transplant operations of the 20th century and beyond. NB. Unfortunately episodes 19 and 23 are missing.

This major new Radio 4 series charts the development of Western medicine and healing from the ancient Greeks to the pioneering organ transplant operations of the 20th Century and beyond.

The Making of Modern Medicine covers over 2000 years of medical history and draws on a vast range of original sources from diaries, medical journals and stage satires to shed light on the experiences of physicians, surgeons, nurses and patients.

From classical beliefs about illness that would dominate medical thinking for centuries, through to the rise of the great hospitals and the work of the Renaissance anatomists, this fascinating and entertaining series reveals how, in the early 19th Century, modern scientific medicine was born out of a medical ‘Big Bang’ erupting from the white heat of the French Revolution, which would lead to clinical medicine as we know it today.

Written and presented by Andrew Cunningham, an authority on social and scientific medical history, it includes a wide variety of highly illustrative extracts read by acclaimed actors including Tamsin Greig, Annette Badland, David Rintoul and Peter Capaldi. Whether you’re interested in what it was like to be ill in earlier times, the emergence of women in medicine, the advent of the stethoscope, or the development of antibiotic treatment, this series offers an entertaining and thought-provoking insight into these and many other medical issues.
